Welcome to EQUIPT4FOOD’s “HEBREW KITCHEN”. Our kitchen is full of dishes that are made from scratch with all natural ingredients. Our flavor is Afro-Caribbean Soul. Our menu includes health conscious cuisine for Meat lovers, Vegans, Vegetarians and other dietary preferences. We are a “Ghost Kitchen” meaning our food service is PICKUP/DELIVERY via PREORDERS. My personal journey with Lupus is the backdrop of eating healthy and well while enjoying every bite! I have been inspired to share these delicious recipes with you because I know ”YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT “ and “EATING2LIVE” is what matters most.
